Reliable Forms and Reports Library

CorpLink was developed by corporate law clerks and lawyers and consequently contains many unique features that allow for easy data entry, forms, reports and document preparation. CorpLink forms and documents are indeed in a class of their own!  With over 800 government forms and schedules in PDF format that accurately populate data from your database, workflow is not only efficient but exact.  Immediate cost savings are evident as pre-printed forms for all jurisdictions in Canada are no longer required; all forms may be printed from CorpLink either in blank, pre-populated with information gleaned from the database, or may be completed on-screen.  Most importantly, our forms are up-to-date and current which means that you will be compliant with all of your filings when using the forms through CorpLink. 

Search and Tracking Capabilities

CorpLink allows you to track expiry dates of registrations, due dates for annual proceedings and to generate accurate and logical ledgers and registers directly from the database. Annual resolutions may be printed by “batch” (all resolutions for a particular financial year end) or on an individual basis. Legal Agreements, Documents, Leases and Registrations may not only be tracked in CorpLink, actual copies of the documents may be stored, viewed and printed directly in/from the database.

Electronic Minute Book

Import your documents into CorpLink and it can become your Electronic Minute Book—your duplicate minute book.  The functionality is straightforward:  users can import their By-Laws, Resolutions, Charter Documents, Extra provincial filings, Agreements,  etc. into the database from a local or network drive, or, if the document was created in CorpLink, right from the CorpLink database itself.  Once imported, a read only copy of the document is saved inside the database and can be viewed, printed and even exported or sent to others for viewing.  Other benefits:

Internet Reporter

The CorpLink database is accessible via the Intranet or Internet and is a powerful tool that enables clients to view corporate summary information as well as create and generate reports from the database. This is a read-only feature that also allows for the generation of corporate summary documents, entity reference reports and blank government forms. Searches are easily and quickly performed on Corporations, individuals and all entity types within CorpLink. Internet Reporter is password protected and can be limited to specific users based on client and group name restrictions. The Internet Reporter is designed to support 128 bit encryption for your security and unlimited user licenses provide greater reach and scope within your organization.

CorpLink Reporter

Designed to provide Corplink users with greater flexibility in creating customized searches and reports, CorpLink Reporter is a must-have tool!  It has been designed to allow users to modify standard Corplink reports by giving you the ability to select headers, footers, titles, columns, filters and font sizes to easily create your own report templates.
